Sleep Disorders

A patient-centered path to a good night’s sleep

Quality sleep is essential to overall health—yet millions of Americans struggle with conditions that prevent restorative rest. At Texas IPS, we diagnose and treat a wide range of sleep disorders—from common issues like obstructive sleep apnea and restless legs syndrome to more complex conditions such as narcolepsy and complex sleep apnea.

More than one in three U.S. adults does not get the recommended 7+ hours of sleep per night.

Our board-certified Sleep Medicine specialists begin with a comprehensive 30–60 minute evaluation to assess your symptoms and review the best testing approach. This patient-focused consultation includes personalized strategies and evidence‑based sleep hygiene education to improve quality and duration of rest.

We offer both state-of-the-art in-lab sleep studies within the Methodist Health system and at-home sleep testing for added convenience. When sleep apnea is diagnosed, we coordinate referrals with trusted dental and ENT specialists to explore CPAP or alternative treatment options.

Over 30 million Americans suffer from obstructive sleep apnea—and up to 80% of these cases may be undiagnosed.

Our sleep program evaluates and treats:

  • Obstructive and complex sleep apnea
  • Insomnia disorders
  • Restless legs syndrome
  • Hypersomnia syndromes, including narcolepsy
  • REM sleep behavior disorder
  • Circadian rhythm disorders, such as shift‑work sleep disorder

At Texas IPS, we’re committed to one goal: helping you achieve restorative sleep that renews your health, focus, and vitality.
